Riverton PT Team

Summer Lemley, PT, DPT- Physical Therapist

Summer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Colorado State University in 1998. She completed her Master’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy at Regis University in Denver, CO in 2000 and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University in December of 2012. Summer is licensed to provide physical therapy services by the State of Wyoming. She has 12 years of experience working as a PT and has worked at CDS since 2006. Summer provides PT evaluations and therapy services for preschoolers, toddlers, and babies. If your child receives PT services from a PTA (Tara or Whitney- see below), Summer will be present at a therapy session for your child one time per month.

Whitney Fiscus, PTA- Physical Therapist Assistant

Whitney earned her Associate of Applied Science degree, with high distinction,  from Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, WY in 2010. She is licensed to provide physical therapy assistant services by the State of Wyoming. She has worked as a PTA, and at CDS, since 2010. Whitney provides physical therapy services for preschoolers, toddlers and babies under the supervision of the physical therapist.

Tara Anderson, PTA- Physical Therapist Assistant

Tara earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Central Wyoming College in Riverton, WY in 2000. She is licensed to provide physical therapy assistant services by the State of Wyoming. Tara has 12 years of experience working as a PTA and has worked for CDS since 2006. Tara provides services for preschoolers, toddlers, and babies under the supervision of the physical therapist.

Lander PT Team

Linda Tonsberg, PT- Physical Therapist

Linda earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Loma Linda University at Loma Linda, CA in 1973. She is licensed to provide physical therapy services by the State of Wyoming. Linda provides PT evaluations and therapy services for preschoolers, toddlers, and babies. She has devoted her career to providing services for children for 30+ years. If your child receives PT services from a PTA (Crista- see below), Linda will be present at a therapy session for your child one time per month.

Crista Green, PTA- Physical Therapist Assistant

Crista earned her Associate of Applied Science from Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, WY in 2012. She is licensed to provide physical therapy assistant services by the State of Wyoming. She has worked as a PTA, and for CDS, since 2012. Crista provides physical therapy services for preschoolers, toddlers and, babies under supervision of the physical therapist.
